Guangtai Lighting Co., Ltd., established in 1993, is located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, a fertile and beautiful region in the south of the Yangtze River. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of lighting products. The company currently has three production plants and one R&D center. Its main products include HID xenon lamps, halogen lamps, enclosed lamps, LED lamps, and various types of luminaires. Its products cover the fields of locomotive lighting, stage lighting, aviation lighting, commercial lighting, civil lighting, and glass products.

Automated Stacker Crane Warehouse - 2 double-deep stacker cranes. Warehouse height is 24m, with 9 storage levels, unit load capacity of 500KG, and inbound/outbound efficiency of 60 pallets/hour; 3,392 storage locations.

Four-way Automated Warehouse - 2 four-way vehicles. Warehouse height is 5m, unit load capacity of 500kg, inbound/outbound efficiency of 16 pallets/hour; 487 storage locations.

CTU Bin Warehouse - 3 CTU bin picking robots, warehouse height of 5m, unit load capacity of 30KG, inbound/outbound efficiency of 35 bins/hour, and 6,744 storage locations.

Effects:

The pallet warehouse has 3,392 effective storage locations, making full use of the space in the high areas of the warehouse.

Automated inbound and outbound handling in the automated warehouse reduces the movement of manual forklifts.

Improves sorting speed, with robots automatically transporting to the sorting port, eliminating the need for humans to search for goods.
