Zhejiang Lifude Machinery is an automotive body and component manufacturer, with business covering the manufacturing and sales of automotive parts, motorcycle parts, electrical accessories, rubber products, and plastic products. With the booming automotive industry driving an increase in demand for parts, the customer's business volume has increased sharply, and its existing traditional warehouse can no longer meet the current storage needs for goods.

Pain Points:

On-site materials are stacked chaotically, occupying a large area.

It is inconvenient for humans to search for goods, and goods are placed for a long time.

Solutions:

3 sets of heavy-duty stacker cranes, with a height of 12 meters, and pallet storage location size of L1280mm*W1070mm*H1000mm.

4 sets of light-duty stacker cranes, with a height of 12 meters, and bin size of L600mm*W400mm*H280mm.

Effects:

3,960 effective storage locations in the heavy-duty pallet warehouse and 24,320 effective storage locations in the light-duty bin warehouse.
